How to customize the theme in Google Forms?

This is a common question from Google Forms users whose form has to look like their brand. The theme option in Google Forms lets you change a few things, such as the color, header image and font, but the form keeps the same layout and it still looks like a Google Form. With Formfacade, you can pick a theme for your form and change its colors, fonts and layout, so your users see your brand and not Google's. Even better, you can apply the same theme to all your forms, so they all look like your business.

Let's start. Create your form and follow the steps below.

Google Forms offers limited customization. You can use the theme option to upload a header image, change the theme color, background color and font.

In Google Forms, purple is the default theme color. You can choose a different color from the listed options or add your custom color. Based on the theme chosen color, 4 different background color options will be shown. You can choose one of these four colors to set the page background. Please note that the form color will always be white and cannot be changed.
