How to add a reorder link in the order confirmation email?

This is a common question from small food businesses with regular customers. For example, if your customers order the same things every week, they should not have to fill the whole form again. A Google Form starts empty each time and a link with their answers has to be made by hand for each customer, so they go back to messaging you. With Neartail, you can use the duplicate() function to add a reorder link to the confirmation email. When your customer clicks it, a pre-filled order form opens with details from their last order and they just review and submit. Even better, the reorder comes in like any other order, so your regulars stop sending their orders by chat.

Let's start. Create your order form and follow the steps below.

  • Check the outline it suggests and click Proceed.
  • Once you create the form, you will land on the form's "Edit" tab. If it asks "Do you want to preview this form?", click No.
