Formesign MCP server

This is a common request from people who already work in Cursor, Claude or ChatGPT. Building a form field by field takes time and it means leaving the tool you are working in. With the Formesign MCP server, you can ask your AI assistant for the form and it creates one from a PDF or a screenshot. Even better, it works with any client that supports MCP and you only have to approve it once.

Let's start. All you need is a Formesign account, so create your form and connect it from your client.

Overview

The Formesign MCP server provides programmatic access to form creation, editing and management via natural language interfaces, compatible with popular AI assistants including Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT and VS Code extensions. Implementation follows the open Model Context Protocol specification, ensuring interoperability with any MCP-compatible client.
