How to view all the answers for a question in google forms?

This is a common question from Google Forms users who want to read what everyone answered to one question. For example, you might want to see how much whole milk each customer ordered. Google Forms has a Question tab for this, but it opens on the summary, which shows all the questions on one long page. Going through the responses one person at a time is slow too. With Formfacade, you can open your responses in Google Forms from the Responses tab and view the answers by question. Even better, you can sync them to Google Sheets, so your team can sort that column in a sheet they are comfortable with.

Let's start. Create your form and follow the steps below.

How to get your responses into Google Forms?

  • On the page that opens, name your form, click Embed form and click Proceed. It can take about a minute.
  • You will land on the form's "Share" tab, on Embed. The top bar may say "Blank Formfacade form" until you reload the page.
  • Click on "Responses" tab
The tabs Edit, Preview, Share and Responses, with Responses marked
  • Click Submit to Google Forms
  • "Submit responses to Google Forms?" popup will be displayed. Click Proceed
