How to assign points for a checkboxes question?

This is a common question from Google Forms users who track activities instead of testing knowledge. For example, you might run a challenge where each activity has its own points and some of them are negative. A quiz in Google Forms gives the points only when the correct boxes are ticked, so it cannot give a different number of points to each answer choice. You would have to add up every response by hand. With Formfacade, you can assign different points for the answer choices in the checkboxes question and add the points for the selected answer choices to calculate the score. Each person will see their score as they tick. Even better, you can email each person their score, so they still have it after they close the form.

Let's start. Create your form and follow the steps below.
