Linear scale

This is a common question from people who ask users to rate their product. In their own words, the answers are hard to compare, since one user writes good and another writes 4 out of 5. Google Forms has a linear scale question, but the form around it keeps Google's look when you send it to a customer. With Formfacade, you can add a linear scale question in the form's "Edit" tab and your users pick a number from a scale you set, with each end named. Even better, you can use the same question for an NPS survey.

Let's start. Create your form and follow the steps below.

Linear scale question allows users to provide a numeric response to a statement or a question. The end points of the linear scales can be named to provide a reference for the users. You can create a linear scale that starts from either 0 or 1 and ends on a whole number from 2 to 10 with labels for each end of the scale.
